POP-UP MIAMI YOUTUBE SPACE

Responsibilities:

As the lead producer for this event responsibilities were as follows. Venue selection & management, custom set design and fabrication, logistics, AV & stage production, permitting, daily catering, transportation, and nightly entertainment.  As well as acting event manager for labor, promotional specialists, vendors, and both agency and client onsite teams. 

Event overview:

YouTube Spaces are state-of-the-art production facilities designed specifically for YouTubers and artists to produce digital video content, from production and editing all the way through upload. Located in cities all across the world, YouTube Spaces enable creators to learn from industry experts, collaborate with other creators, and have access to the latest production and post-production digital video equipment. 

In Miami, we created a live recording studio, multiple break out areas for workshop programming, idea sharing and collaborations, and a rotating studio with multiple music video sets for emerging artists from North and South America. The space allowed for seamless inspiration and collaboration between the artists. With 5 days of music videos, artist spotlights, panels, workshops and an industry party with live performances and over 500 attendees.
