LAVAZZA KEY CITIES CAMPAIGN
Responsibilities:
Lead the production for the venue selections, logistics, city permitting, trucking and transportation of assets, as well as the consumer sampling experience and acted as the onsite manager of the labor and promotional staff as well as the agency and client team.
Event overview:
Key Cities was a traveling activation that visited Chicago, Boston, New York City, and Miami. The activation allowed consumers to experience the Lavazza product within the scope of what the brand stands for as well as its Italian values. Families, friends and co-workers came together during different moments of the day while sharing a Lavazza coffee or cocktail. Whether they were “hit” by the brand during their morning commute or weekend activities or evening events, Lavazza was present. Over 127,000 people encountered the brand and over 25,000 of those people sampled the product as well as had a valuable engagement with the brand and its values all within a period of 60 days.

SANTA MONICA PIER 360
Responsibilities:
As directing producer responsibilities included event selection, sponsorship negotiation, creative planning, decision maker for asset fabrication and build, permitting and logistical planning as well as on site manager for labor and promotional staff, as well as agency and client teams.
Event overview:
Lavazza was the exclusive coffee partner of Santa Monica’s Pier 360 Summer Event in 2019. Lavazza showed up with a 20’ X 30’ custom fabricated, pop-up eco-friendly Café. The footprint located on the pier deck for consumer sampling, customer acquisition, and giveaways. The brand successfully sampled 8,500 consumers. Lavazza provided event guests with a one-of-a-kind authentic Italian experience and celebrated the launch of their new ¡TIERRA! line. Lavazza’s ethical commitment to sustainability, in collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance, an NGO which promotes the rights and well-being of workers’ communities, certifying farms which must meet rigorous social and environmental standards.
